Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to oversee day-to-day data center facilities operations, incident response, and resolution. This role combines infrastructure management, team leadership, and incident coordination to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data center operations.

You will manage physical and cloud infrastructure, monitor service performance, and drive ITIL-compliant processes for incident, change, and problem management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on IT data center and cloud operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with monitoring and backup tools.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on scripting or automation (Ansible, Python, PowerShell) is advantageous.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of physical and cloud infrastructure, ensuring security and scalability.
• Act as first-level escalation for onsite incidents and coordinate swift resolutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT, security and facilities.
• Forecast capacity, optimize data center resources and power usage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, and access controls.
• Maintain records, report SLA metrics, and manage vendor services.
