Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Monitor vehicle availability, optimise fleet distribution across locations, and track utilisation rates
  • Maintain and update booking systems with accurate vehicle availability and reservation statuses.
  • Assist in managing vehicle parking requirements across all points of sale.
  • Schedule regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues related to vehicle condition, booking, or billing swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain records of vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and driver documents
  • Administer and coordinate submission of necessary paperwork for any road traffic violations in a timely manner
  • Liaise with accident and breakdown teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet usage and performance metrics

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • Class 3 Local Driving License with minimum of 2 years driving experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of fleet management systems and reservation software.
  • Understanding of local transportation laws and safety standards.

  • Previous experience in vehicle rental, logistics, or operations preferred.
  • Willing to work on a rostered 5.5 days calendar workweek.
