A dynamic retail company in Singapore is looking for a reliable and motivated Freelance Warehouse/Operations Assistant. This role focuses on logistics, inventory management, and device preparation. Responsibilities

  • Receiving, unpacking, and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensuring products are well-organized and properly maintained in the stockroom.
  • Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations.
  • Testing and verifying the functionality of all collected devices.
  • Labeling devices accurately and organizing them into designated boxes.
  • Packaging devices properly for online sales orders.
  • Organizing and maintaining the stockroom in an orderly manner.
  • Taking high-quality photos of devices and uploading them to the Sales platform.

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Freelance Warehouse/Operations Assistant to support our retail operations. This role focuses primarily on logistics, inventory management, and device preparation within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and capable of working independently within a team structure.

Compensation
  • Starting Rate: $10 per hour
  • Performance-Based Increase: Up to $12 per hour upon review of good performance
Working Hours
  • Operating Window: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: 1 hour, unpaid, to be taken as coordinated with the team.
  • Shift Details: Flexible shifts to be scheduled within the operating window.
