Responsibilities

• Support wholesale operations from vehicle listing, bidding, and award processing.
• Coordinate vehicle movements, logistics, and storage to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, locations, and updates in system.
• Arrange vehicle display and dealer viewings for wholesale activities.
• Prepare vehicle handovers, delivery packs, keys, and related documentation.
• Receive and change number plates for wholesale vehicles.
• Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and external parties on vehicle inspections, collection, and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support wholesale operations from vehicle listing, bidding, and award processing
• Coordinate vehicle movements, logistics, and storage to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, locations, and updates in system
• Arrange vehicle display and dealer viewings for wholesale activities
• Prepare vehicle handovers, delivery packs, keys, and related documentation
• Receive and change number plates for wholesale vehicles
• Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and external parties on vehicle inspections, collection, and delivery
• Manage vehicle photography and website publication of wholesale vehicles
• Handle dealer enquiries and provide administrative support for wholesale operations
• Assist with reporting, process improvements, and other ad hoc operational duties

Who We’re Looking For

This is a 12-Months Contract position (5.25 Work Week, Alternate Saturday)

• Class 3 driving license is a must
• Minimum GCE N Level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
