Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Assistant to support the daily management of school operations, facilities and services.

You will coordinate with IFM contractors and service partners on maintenance and repairs, supervise OSOs, and assist with budgets, proposals, and documentation. The role emphasizes safety, security, emergency preparedness and workplace safety measures, with additional responsibilities including handling student discipline and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N(A)/N(T) Level with a pass in English.
• Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Valid Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
