Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD.

in Singapore is seeking an Operations Associate to coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, facilities and common areas, ensuring smooth daily operations during school days and events. You will conduct inspections, supervise cleaning contractors, manage pest control and environmental services, and perform minor repairs as needed, reporting to the Operations Manager and School Leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in school operations.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, facilities and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on rectification works.
• Maintain inventory for emergency preparedness exercises.
• Supervise cleaning contractors and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and environmental services.
• Conduct operational inspections and address feedback.
• Perform minor ad-hoc repair works when required.
• Provide security control at the school foyer during school days and events.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by the Operations Manager/Assistant Manager and School Leaders.
