The Operations Admin maintains operational standards and ensures compliance in the center. This role provides essential administrative and operational support for daily tasks and events, helping keep the work environment organised and compliant for all members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily activities and center events.
  • Organize logistics for meetings, workshops, and company events, making sure all plans and resources are ready.
  • Daily check on meeting rooms, offices, and pantries to keep them tidy. Restock supplies and refill vending machines. Make sure supplies, stationery, and pantry items are always available.
  • Keep inventory records up to date and place orders when needed.
  • Oversee IT equipment during onboarding and offboarding.
  • Liaise with external vendors for procurement, quotations, and delivery.
  • Manage access card requests, printing, and system updates.
  • Cover reception when needed and assist visitors to ensure a friendly environment.
  • Suggest and drive improvements for better administrative and operational support.
  • Handle other tasks as given by the supervisor, showing flexibility and dedication to the center.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: Nitec in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in office administrative or operational or similar role
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside office hours
  • Ability to break down tasks and provide realistic timelines
  • Communicates effectively and interacts well with others.
  • Skilled in using MS Office and various collaboration tools
  • Self-driven, meticulous, able to multi-taskand work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and able to respond to shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrates an eagerness to learn new skills and technology.
