Job summary

BIOSKIN Holdings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Reception/Front Desk specialist to support daily outlet operations and customer service at our beauty centers.

You will lead a small team of sales associates and therapists, ensure guest satisfaction, handle inquiries, and contribute to achieving KPIs while maintaining a polished, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Reception, Front Desk and Admin duties.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Positive attitude with initiative.
• Beauty industry experience preferred.
• Willing to work retail hours.

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations.
• Coach and motivate sales and therapist teams to meet targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
