4EVER ANGELS BEAUTY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple beauty salon outlets in Singapore. You will lead Outlet Managers and salon teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.

Drive profitability by monitoring performance, enforcing SOPs, and expanding successful outlets. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to develop a high-performing workforce in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience in beauty, wellness, spa or retail.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
