Job summary

DiYi TCM is seeking a Store Manager in Singapore to lead daily operations, supervise frontline staff, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will implement company policies, train staff, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills, with experience in retail or wellness settings. This full-time role requires weekday and weekend retail hours and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced, retail/clinic environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle diverse clients.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and scheduling.
• Able to communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers.
• Retail/store management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day work activities and staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Train and certify staff; ensure tools and equipment are available.
• Oversee outlet operations for efficiency and service quality.
• Drive and exceed store targets; provide excellent customer service.
• Lead frontline staff and conduct briefings on procedures and policies.

• Manage the day-to-day work activities of the employees to ensure proper coverage, and plan and assign work
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
• Ensure all staff are properly trained, and certified as required, and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job
• Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
• Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs
• Ensure outlet compliance to all authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness, and workplace safety guidelines
• Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management and inventory control
• Drive & exceed individual & store targets
• Provide excellent customer service
• Lead and supervise frontline staff, conduct briefing sessions on company procedures and policies
• Evaluate sales and work performance of frontline staff
• Ensure frontline staff are well trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge
• Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Managers specializing in Sales - Retail / General, Spa and Wellness would be a plus
• Full time/permanent position
• Able to commit to working retail hours on weekdays (10.45am-9pm) and weekends/public holidays (9.45am-6pm)
• Must be able to communicate with English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers.)
