Responsibilities

• Manage multiple outlets day to day operation and sales
• Able to manage, coach and motivate sales and therapist team to achieve target and KPI
• Manage and make sure customers satisfaction are meet
• Manage customer complaints
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• Outlet administration duty
• Other ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Experienced in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service and Administrative duties
