Job description

Job scope:

• Streamlining plant Operations & Logistics function to ensure reliable and optimal operation of work processes, equipment, utility and facility so as to achieve target production levels within the framework of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), quality, safety, occupational hygiene and environment protection.
• Controlling trade route and customer data & Inbound & Outbound materials management activities through detailed demand and supply forecasts, allowing On-Time-In-Full delivery
• Prepare documents relating to manufacturing, plant turnaround, Local Work Instructions (WI), Local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Training Material (TRN) and Operations Logsheets to ensure that updated documents exist to support the activities of the Operations department. Documentation should comply to Data Integrity requirements and adherence to ALCOA principles
