Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operational functions of our organization. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of business operations, including administrative support, process coordination, and systems management.

Job Description:
  • Assist in coordinating and executing daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and documentation.
  • Track and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators.
  • Support procurement, inventory control, and operation processes as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and logistical coordination for meetings and events.
  • Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and respond to operational inquiries via email and phone.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support onboarding and training processes for new team members.
Requirements:
