Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Engineering and Training leader to drive development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems across all production departments, including training and digital manufacturing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, compliance and operational excellence, while aligning with site strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership in manufacturing environments and project management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with GMP/regulatory requirements in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Production Engineering and Production Training teams to drive development and continuous improvement of manufacturing systems.
• Oversee Lean, Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
• Drive digital manufacturing initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide leadership to the Production Engineering team and manage cross-functional projects.
• Ensure training systems meet production training requirements and regulatory standards.
