Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an experienced QA/QC leader to oversee daily QC operations and lead a team of QC technicians and supervisors. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will drive CAPA initiatives, lead safety and quality programs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time release and efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA/QC related activities.
• 5+ years managing a QC team.
• Experience with SAP, cGMP, Lean and ISO working experience.
• Exposure to medical device, pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resource management and team schedules for QC daily tasks and ensure targets.
• Ensure proper product release and rework activities per procedures.
• Lead monitoring of product characteristics trends with escalation/follow-ups.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving to resolve escalated issues and ensure proper batch segregation.
• Coach and counsel QC employees and manage performance reviews.
