ResMed Singapore is seeking an Engineering Excellence Lead to drive manufacturing transformation across our Singapore facilities. You will provide technical leadership, align engineering priorities, and deliver scalable, data-driven improvements in a regulated environment.

In this critical role, you'll champion Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tooling adoption, establish governance, and coach teams to sustain lasting performance gains across value streams and sites.

Qualifications

• Proven background leading transformation initiatives in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Engineering leadership capable of guiding technical teams and delivering through others.
• Knowledge of medical device manufacturing, quality systems, validation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering requirements across multiple value streams.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven governance to achieve transformation benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define future-state operating models.
