Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee day-to-day QC operations, lead technicians and team leads, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery and cost targets.

You will champion deviations, CAPA, root cause analysis, and lean improvements, coach staff, manage onboarding and training, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold cGMP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Engineering required.
• Preferably 8+ years in QA/QC in manufacturing.
• Experience in medical device/pharma environment preferred.
• Minimum 5 years managing a QC team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QC team scheduling and daily inspection targets.
• Ensure proper product release, rework, and batch dispositions per procedures.
• Lead trend monitoring of product characteristics with escalation.
• Coach QC staff and resolve personnel issues.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliant workflow.
• Maintain LDMS-related updates and CAPA closures.
