Job summary

RevUp Consulting in Singapore seeks an experienced IT helpdesk professional to provide hands-on, first-line support onsite for laptops, desktops, peripherals and accounts. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to global teams.

This role requires a diploma or degree in IT, at least three years of end-user or service desk experience, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking basics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on end-user or service desk support.
• Solid experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Good grasp of networking basics (DHCP, DNS, ports).
• Experience with ITIL-based ticketing processes.
• Able to work onsite with strong communication and a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, first-line support to users onsite for laptops, desktops, peripherals and accounts.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, elevating complex issues to global teams.
• Handle device setup, imaging and deployment, and keep tickets updated in an ITSM tool.
• Support the site's move onto the group's IT standards during an integration period.
• Keep daily IT services running smoothly for a production environment.
