Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer in Singapore to manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents from start to finish.

You will handle IMAC and deskside services, perform break-fix tasks, and support conference rooms, remote access, and on-site events at client locations. You should have hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, imaging Windows 11 via PXE, and software deployment using SCCM or Software Center.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 OS and imaging Windows 11 using PXE boot.
• Experience with deploying software via SCCM/Software Center and manual installations.
• Hands-on experience with batteries replacement and hardware break-fix with Dell technicians.
• Experience using Intune, AD, BitLocker; Outlook administration.
• Experience with Humanscale troubleshooting and service management tools such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage desktop hardware, software and connectivity incidents through to resolution.
• Coordinate IMAC and deskside support services.
• Handle hard- and soft-break fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Provide conference room, Remote Desktop and event support at customer locations.
• Maintain desktop configuration, patch updates and hardware replacements.
• Analyze service desk calls to identify user training and automation needs.
• Ensure each desktop has the correct desktop image installed.
• Monitor security profiles and antivirus on all desktop devices and respond to non‑compliance.
• Provide VIP deskside support and be the onsite IT contact where no other team is available.
