Job summary

REVUP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on IT professional to be the go-to on-site IT person at a Singapore plant, supporting day-to-day operations as part of an APAC regional IT team.

You will provide 1st/2nd line support for Windows, Office 365, AD and mobile devices, manage incidents in ITIL-aligned processes, and participate in system implementations with business users. On-site work at the manufacturing facility is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT is required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in IT service operations or desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Experience deploying end-user devices and servers, and supporting networks.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Remedy, VOIP, VMware or SAP client is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give 1st and 2nd level support for laptops, desktops and mobile devices across Windows, Microsoft 365 and iOS.
• Support Active Directory, Windows Server and virtualised server environments, plus the site network.
• Manage incidents and service requests to ITIL practices through a ticketing tool.
• Image, deploy and track laptops, desktops, servers and smartphones.
• Support telephony and VOIP systems.
• Support users on Microsoft Office and ERP applications.
• Prepare IT for quality audits and stocktakes, and keep documentation to ITIL standards.
• Take part in system implementations and IT projects, working with business users.
• Provide occasional after-hours support when needed.
