Job summary

SHINY PEOPLE HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking an on-site IT support specialist in Singapore to serve as the go-to IT contact for users.

You will handle day-to-day desktop and network support, assist with deployments, and coordinate with both client teams and internal IT staff. Candidates with experience in AD, DNS, DHCP, hardware and software troubleshooting, and familiarity with ServiceNow will fit best.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop, network or onsite IT support.
• Good troubleshooting skills in hardware, software and network environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• ITIL knowledge/certification is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day onsite IT & end-user support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues.
• Support Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP.
• Manage IT assets and support ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with client & internal IT teams.
• Assist with IT rollouts, upgrades & deployments.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
