Job summary

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of IT Support/Helpdesk/Operations experience.
- Enterprise environment experience preferred.
- Hands-on onsite end-user support experience.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, networking and IAM."
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and business apps.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Office).
- Manage user accounts via Entra ID and access control.
- Support network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Coordinate with hardware vendors for repairs and warranty issues.
- Perform software installation, configuration, and routine maintenance.
- Handle incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs.
- Collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure stable IT operations.
