Job summary
PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide proactive IT operations support at client site. You will handle end-user issues, MS 365 administration, and daily IT infrastructure tasks in a collaborative environment with regional teams.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT Infra, strong Windows/Office skills, and a customer-first mindset on onsite engagements in Singapore. Role is a 1-year renewable contract with growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years in IT infrastructure or IT operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise users.
- Experience providing onsite customer support.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic cloud concepts.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows OS and business apps.
- Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, Office.
- Support Identity & Access Management (Azure AD/Entra ID).
- Support Network & Connectivity (Wifi, LAN, VPN).
- Coordinate with vendor for hardware fault cases.
- Software installation and system configuration.
- Manage incident, service request and problem tickets within SLA.
