Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced IT Systems Officer to manage and support the Microsoft 365 environment, IT infrastructure, and end-user computing services in Singapore. The role focuses on secure, reliable IT operations and providing technical support across the business.

Responsibilities include administering Exchange Online/Teams/OneDrive, managing AD and security policies, implementing MFA and Defender, maintaining network/firewall/VPN, and delivering desktop support for Windows and Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cybersecurity support.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security technologies such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, and DLP.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, access controls, and security policies
• Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions, including MFA, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, and DLP
• Support and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, and VPN connectivity
• Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows devices, Microsoft Office applications, printers, and peripherals
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize server, network, and endpoint performance
• Support Microsoft 365 deployments, migrations, and tenant administration activities
