Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide onsite IT operations support, including end-user support, 365 administration, and day-to-day IT infrastructure tasks at our Singapore site.

The role requires problem solving, collaboration with regional teams, and a customer-first mindset. It offers a 1-year renewable contract with potential completion bonus and opportunities to work with Azure/AWS environments.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT infrastructure or IT operations experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise users.
• Experience providing onsite customer support.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Azure/AWS is a plus.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking is a plus.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and Office.
• Support Identity & Access Management (Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Support Network & Connectivity (Wifi, LAN, VPN).
• Coordinate with vendor for hardware fault cases.
• Software installation and system configuration.
• Manage incident, service request and problem tickets within agreed SLA.
