Job summary

UNITED SERVICE TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring an IT Support Engineer to be based full-time onsite at the client's Tuas South site. The role covers desktop, hardware and network support, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and business apps.

You will work 8:30am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri, with shuttle bus access and long-term onsite engagement. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to support staff at the client site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on IT support or service desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and PC hardware.
• Experience with network hardware, VPN and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; able to guide Mandarin-speaking staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support on site for day-to-day IT issues.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft 365 and business apps.
• Handle hardware installation, diagnostics and repairs; manage RMAs.
• Support network connectivity, VPN access and wired/wireless networks.
• Log, prioritise and resolve tickets within service levels; assist users as needed.
