Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions in Singapore is seeking a proactive Contractor Coordinator to join our Global Workplace Operations team. You will be the on-site resource handling day-to-day office management, facilities requests, vendor coordination, and employee communications.

You will ensure a welcoming, well-maintained office for team members, contractors, and visitors, coordinating access control, food service, inventory, and alerts via Slack and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• On-site work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs for restocking and deliveries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional, friendly tone.
• Fluency with Google Workspace and Slack for daily operations and updates.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for workplace and facilities requests.
• Coordinate vendor, catering, and lunch service, plus inventory of snacks and office supplies.
• Draft and broadcast Slack updates and maintain a welcoming workplace culture.
