Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors and service providers (cleaning, pest control, landscaping) for quality and timely delivery.
• Support planning and execution of events, including venue setup and logistics.
• Supervise cleaning, upgrades/restoration, and hygiene standard adherence.
• Monitor supplies and arrange replenishment for daily operations.
• Review vendor quotations and invoices for accuracy and value.
• Handle basic admin duties including reports, meeting minutes, and quotations.
• Coordinate deliveries, purchases, and service requests to ensure smooth operations.
