Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Facilities Sr. Coordinator in Singapore to coordinate clients, vendors, and contractors ensuring complex work orders are completed efficiently.

This role supports the facilities management function, assisting Property Managers with repairs and investment planning, while maintaining documentation and reporting for operations across assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in processes, procedures, and systems.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills with capacity to review and select solutions without supervision.
• Ability to explain detailed information within the team clearly and concisely.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
• General math skills including percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

• Directly communicate between landlord, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures are understood and implemented.
• Schedule repairs from work order requests.
• Review data from work order reports to assess performance and progress.
• Maintain accurate work orders, proposals, and department files submitted by vendors.
• Coordinate office and parking space allocation.
• Present information to internal departments and large groups of employees.
• Identify and solve typical and atypical problems without supervisory approval.
• Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
• Impact the team through service quality and information provided.
• Follow standardized procedures with regular but moderate supervision.
