Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Workplace Coordinator to support on-site operations at Singapore sites. You will help deliver facility management services, manage maintenance schedules, and drive contractor performance to meet SLAs. Strong English and teamwork are essential.

You will work with the Post Facility Manager to ensure safety, data accuracy, and proactive maintenance, aligning with JLL's standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management operations and coordination.
• Strong written and spoken English for reporting and communication.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, schedule maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations support to onsite delivery staff to enable facility management services.
• Manage vendor performance, inspect works, and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate procurement of vendors and services as required to meet KPIs.
• Schedule and administer planned preventive maintenance and preventive work orders.
• Train and support operations staff to expand service capabilities and ensure data accuracy in systems.
