Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in office environment technical services, control systems or smart buildings.
• Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to implement strategies and projects.
• Oversee delivery of hard services including subcontracted works and QA against KPIs/SLAs.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage building operation systems (smart buildings).
• Lead monthly vendor meetings and collaborate with REWS functions on capital works.
