Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Workplace Manager in Singapore to lead facilities operations, oversee soft services, and drive a proactive campus experience. You will engage clients, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement strategies to enhance wellbeing and workplace culture.

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience in Hospitality and/or Tourism sector or related professional area
Experience in Hospitality and/or F&B and/or Tourism sector or related professional area
Excellent organizational skills and process management

Responsibilities

Lead Facilities Operations and oversee soft services; review SOPs and drive continuous improvement
Deliver the Human Experience (Hx) across the campus and uplift workplace wellbeing and engagement
Develop client engagement strategies and communicate effectively with guests, employees and stakeholders
Manage the facilities team, drive KPIs, training and high staff morale
Produce monthly reports and provide financial accruals and variance insights
