• Perform on-site technical support including installation, preventive maintenance, configuration, operation and troubleshooting of deployed software and hardware devices
• Manage customer enquiries relating to technical and service problems with tact and courtesy
• Practice continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with new knowledge of equipment modifications, new systems and related technical information
• Maintains deployed software using .NET and SQL programming for OTP software/devices for our customers
• Work with software developers to investigate applications bugs to identify faults in application logic
• Work with software developers to analyze, design, program, debug and modify software enhancements
• Provide on-site customer support to ensure optimal system functionality and customer satisfaction
• Design, implement, test, document and deliver large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed or embedded software applications, tools, systems
