Job summary

Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Onsite IT System Engineer to deliver reliable day-to-day technical support and infrastructure administration for client environments. You will own incidents and service requests from assessment through resolution, working with L1–L3 teams to meet SLAs and customer expectations.

The role covers Active Directory, Microsoft 365, server and network management, FortiGate security, and hands-on end-user support at client sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant onsite IT support or MSP experience.
• Hands-on ability to troubleshoot endpoint, Microsoft 365, Windows Server and network issues independently.
• FortiGate firewall administration experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge and backup/patch-management experience are advantageous.
• Strong customer-service, communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel between client sites and support after-hours maintenance when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and standard business applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, VPN, printing and endpoint performance issues.
• Install, configure, replace and upgrade hardware, software and peripherals.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, account changes and asset handover.
• Coordinate with vendors and maintain professional communication at client sites.
• Create, modify and manage Active Directory and Entra ID user accounts; manage licenses and mailboxes.
• Monitor Windows Server environments, perform patching and backup verification.
• Troubleshoot FortiGate firewall policies and VPN connectivity.
• Record all requests and resolutions in Autotask PSA; own incidents through resolution.
• Update technical documentation and asset inventories regularly.
