Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG in Singapore seeks a Service Engineer to support our access solutions products. You will perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance and repairs, provide customer guidance, and ensure smooth operation of systems across diverse environments.

Ideal candidates have a basic engineering qualification, are willing to learn, and hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Good level of customer service experience.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for our products and handle enquiries.
• Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Offer aftersales solutions and training on product features and usage.
• Proactively inform customers of additional products and services offered.
• Manage resources, materials and equipment for effective delivery.
• 24/7 standby duty on a rotational basis.
