Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a customer-focused technician to support our access solutions in Singapore. You will provide on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs of our products, and deliver aftersales training on features and usage.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• License: Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Manual) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for our Company’s products by handling inquiries with tact and courtesy.
• Perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance and repairs of our products.
• Offer aftersales solutions and training to customers on product features, configuration, usage and maintenance.
• Proactively inform customers of additional products and services we offer.
• Handle all essential resources, materials and equipment for effective and efficient delivery.
• 24/7 Standby Duty on a rotational basis
