Job summary

Gallup is seeking an IT support specialist in Singapore to provide world-class end‑user support, manage workplace technology and ensure meetings and events run flawlessly. As the sole technology representative in the Singapore office, you will collaborate with global teams, support APAC offices when needed, and deliver proactive, white‑glove service that keeps associates productive.

This on-site role requires at least two years of experience, Windows/Mac support, and staying ahead with AI tools

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional IT support experience on-site, deskside or desktop.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with meeting room technology and AV conferencing (Teams/Zoom).
• Familiarity with IT service management or ticketing platforms; ServiceNow preferred.
• On-site presence at Gallup Singapore four days per week.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive walk-up, deskside and remote technical support for Gallup associates, visitors and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, account and Microsoft 365 issues in Windows and Apple environments.
• Coordinate technology for new associates, including device preparation and account setup.
• Maintain Singapore office audio‑visual hardware, printers, network gear and wireless access points.
• Manage meeting room technology and conferencing platforms to ensure flawless meetings and events.
• Proactively anticipate associates’ needs and remove barriers to productivity.
• Document work in Gallup’s IT service management platform and improve support processes.
• Provide early-day support for global ticket queue and collaborate with APAC offices and US Technology team.
