PURE INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support across Singapore locations.

You will be the primary onsite contact for incident resolution, service requests, and IMAC activities, working with the HK IT team, service desk, and vendors. Regular onsite presence and travel between locations may be required. The role focuses on end-user support for Windows/Microsoft 365, asset management, and ensuring devices stay healthy through lifecycle

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
At least two years of onsite IT support experience in a service desk or end-user computing role.
Hands-on experience with Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, printers and enterprise hardware.
Experience with IT service management processes and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite first- and second-line support for laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, printers, scanners and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents; document and update tickets per SLAs.
Manage IMAC activities: install, move, add and change of endpoint devices.
Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate repairs or replacements.
Support onboarding/offboarding and asset lifecycle, including asset tracking and licensing.
Coordinate with vendors and other IT teams; communicate status to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports and knowledge articles.
