Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive IT Support or VIP IT support in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience supporting C‑Suite executives with discretion and reliability.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex).

Responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove IT support to C‑Suite executives with minimal disruption.
• Be primary IT contact and trusted technology advisor for assigned executives.
• Support MS 365, Teams, Zoom, Webex, AV and conferencing environments.
• On‑site and remote support across offices, home offices, and remote locations.
• Travel domestically and internationally to support executives.
