Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an on-site IT support professional in Singapore. The role focuses on troubleshooting, hardware deployment, and end-user training to ensure devices are ready for use and systems run smoothly.

You will manage stock, coordinate logistics, handle warranty cases, and report OSS risks while supporting meeting rooms and collaborating with third-party technicians. A formal IT qualification and 3 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Formal IT qualification or apprenticeship completed.
• 3 years of on-site IT support experience; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Outstanding customer service orientation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Deep technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot IT issues requiring on-site attention and resolve promptly.
• Deliver computers ready for use with proper setup and functionality.
• Provide ad-hoc training to IT users and guide them to self-service tools.
• Manage physical stock and update CMDB records for accurate inventory.
• Conduct regular hardware inventory checks for availability and readiness.
• Coordinate logistics with local providers to ship and move devices.
• Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors to minimize downtime.
• Identify and report OSS service risks and address potential issues.
• Support end users and IT equipment in meeting rooms and collaboration areas.
• Host third-party technicians and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Conduct regular checks of computer rooms (temperature, cabling, etc.).
• Follow OSS governance procedures and adhere to escalation paths.
