Job summary

HI-P SINGAPORE PTE. LTD is seeking an IT support specialist to deliver daily end-user assistance at two sites, including hardware/software troubleshooting and basic network fixes. The role covers system administration, asset management, and participation in ISO and cybersecurity audits.

You will also support business applications, backup/recovery tasks, and IT procurement. Strong documentation and communication skills are essential, along with a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in CS/CE or related field required or preferred.
• Experience providing first/second line IT support at multiple sites.
• Certifications such as MCP/MCSE are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user IT support, including helpdesk for two sites (Jurong East and Pioneer).
• Assist with hardware, software, network issues and guidance.
• Perform basic system and network admin at site level (accounts, printers, WiFi, VPN).
• Support business apps and phone systems; manage data backup and recovery.
• Handle IT equipment and software procurement; maintain asset inventory.
• Prepare user guides, policies, procedures; participate in audits.
• Conduct IT orientation and cybersecurity awareness training; assist on other tasks.
