Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Nitec/Diploma in relevant fields.
• CCNA certificate preferred.
• At least 2 years experience operating in an MNC.
• Strong knowledge of domains, group policies, DNS, DHCP, WINS, firewalls (Palo Alto).
• Experience with Windows Servers and Virtual Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical infrastructures, services, users computing and local user support.
• Servers management: administration, setup, change management.
• Provide reporting and KPI on services.
• Disaster recovery planning and yearly DR exercise.
• Maintain system inventory and documentation.
• Assist with project rollout and regional/global projects.
