Job summary

AMNET TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support professional in Singapore to respond to IT requests, diagnose issues, and remotely assist end users. You will manage user accounts, support Office 365 and Outlook, and assist with GoToMeeting and Skype for Business setups.

The role requires 2–3 years of IT support experience, relevant certifications, and strong English communication. Office-based with on-site deployments and a focus on prompt, courteous service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in computer support or IT operations.
• Industry certifications in PC, Network and Server support.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Experience with Windows Desktop and Office 2013/2016 or Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT requests via email, portal and phone within targets.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose IT tickets, including remote access to end user devices.
• Communicate progress clearly and timely to users and keep them informed.
• Manage user accounts and perform clean-up of profiles, files and email accounts.
• Support applications such as Lync/Skype for Business, GoToMeeting, Outlook and email archiving tools.
• Provide basic PC installations and configuration tasks.
