Job summary

Amnet Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a capable IT support professional to handle service requests, diagnostics, and user communications across email, portal and phone channels. You will assist with account management (Active Directory, FTP, permissions) and basic PC setups while supporting Office 365 and collaboration tools.

The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, clear user communication, and initiative.

Qualifications

2–3 years in computer support or IT operations.
One or more industry certifications in PC, Network and Server support.
Strong English writing and communication skills.
Good interpersonal and listening skills.
Strong problem-solving and initiative.
Maintain knowledge of operating systems and applications.
Experience with Windows Desktop (7/8/10/11).
Experience with Office 2013/2016 and/or Office 365.
Some networking experience desirable.
Singaporean preferred.

Responsibilities

Respond to IT requests via email, portal and phone within targets.
Troubleshoot and diagnose IT tickets, including remote access to end user devices.
Communicate progress clearly and politely to users and keep them informed of the status.
Manage user accounts (FTP, Active Directory, file permissions) and perform clean-up of profiles and email accounts.
Support applications such as Lync/Skype for Business, GoToMeeting, Outlook and email archiving tools.
Provide basic PC installations and configuration tasks.
