Job summary

Maestro HR is hiring for a 1st level IT support role in Singapore. The successful candidate will handle user support, identify problems, log and track tickets, and provide timely updates. The position requires on-site work in the AMK area and 5-day work weeks. Singaporeans only are eligible to apply.

The role involves 24/7 support on standby and occasional server maintenance tasks. Diploma in IT and at least 1 year of IT infrastructure experience are expected, with on-site presence as required.

Qualifications

• 1st level IT support experience or training.
• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• 1st level support to user, identification of problems, recording support tickets, solving simple problems.
• 24/7 Support & Standby (duty roster)
• Tracking of helpdesk ticket and provide progress update
• Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of system
• Providing technical support and guidance to end user, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Software and Application Version Upgrade on clients
• Opportunity to perform maintenance for servers
