Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the oil trading sector or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily reporting of trading positions and P&L for the trading team.
• Collaborate with clearing brokers to ensure accurate trade matching.
• Work closely with traders to resolve discrepancies in P&L or trade bookings.
• Assist in market analysis and contribute to reports and presentations.
• Analyze trading performance, P&L attribution, and risk metrics.
• Drive process improvements in trade booking and reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the trading team.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

Strong communication skills

Fluency in English and Chinese

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
