Job summary

A prominent architecture firm in Singapore is seeking an HR/Admin professional to support their hiring process and lead the admin team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of HR management experience, good knowledge of HR practices, and strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Perform recruitment duties via Seek.com, MyCareersFuture and other related job websites to support the hiring process.
  • Liaise with headhunters in the recruitment process.
  • Apply for employment passes for new employees.
  • Apply for grants on office training & courses.
  • Perform timely invoicing and accurate recording and filing.
  • Update receipts in the Accounts Payable function.
  • Follow up on payments with clients.
  • Verify and process office expense claims and staff reimbursements.
  • Process payment for office expenses and vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounts department.
  • Assist in booking travel and hotels for staff.
  • Participate and support marketing events.
  • Handle other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
  • Lead the Admin team.
  • Demonstrate responsibility, team‑player mindset, and strong interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • Possess at least 3–5 years of experience in HR management and admin processes.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and MOM rules & regulations.
