Paediatrics Palliative Care Nurse (Home Care)

Location

Serangoon

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Home Visits

• 3–4 patients daily (depending on caseload)
• No weekday on‑call duties

Salary

• Basic Salary: $5,000 – $6,000

Job Scope

• Manage and plan care for paediatric palliative patients
• Conduct home visits to provide nursing care and support
