Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care and emotional support to patients in hospital wards, clinics, or specialized units.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients vital signs in accordance with physician instructions and medical protocols.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports while adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Educate patients and families about treatments, recovery plans, and preventive healthcare measures.
  • Participate in health promotion programs and continuous quality improvement initiatives within the healthcare facility.
  • Comply with Singapore's healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and institutional safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, or any recognized Healthcare field.
  • Valid nursing license or registration in the home country.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hospital management systems.
Experience

Working Hours
  • Full‑time employment with 8 to 12-hour shifts, depending on hospital scheduling.
  • Rotational shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as per Singapore's healthcare standards.
