Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate clinical-based education to meet the competency and learning needs
• Facilitate induction, supervise and support for nurses by delivering an appropriate induction and Continuing Nursing Education program
• Perform clinical supervision and regular assessment of nurses' competencies
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education
• Design curriculum, incorporating active and creative learning methods, evaluation and innovation in nursing education

Requirements

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
• Degree in Nursing with at least 8 years of work experience.
• Certificate / Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education
• At least 2 to 4 years experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator
